Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the ZNRC4 AIRPORT website, reporting tools, application programming interfaces, downloads, and related services.
1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Onetrak Digital Forensics LLC ("Onetrak," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ZNRC4 AIRPORT, creating an account, requesting API access, downloading software, or submitting a report, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the service. Additional written terms may apply to enterprise, government, API, support, or investigative engagements; those written terms control if they directly conflict with these terms.
2. Service Purpose
ZNRC4 AIRPORT supports cybersecurity reporting, digital-forensics workflows, threat-intelligence analysis, evidence handling, case collaboration, and related administrative functions. Information provided by the service is for operational and investigative support and is not legal advice, an emergency dispatch service, or a guarantee that a report will result in investigation, attribution, takedown, prosecution, or other action. See the Report Outcome Notice.
Do not use ZNRC4 AIRPORT or the USA Hotline to report an immediate threat to life or safety. Contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement agency.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to create an account, request API access, submit evidence, or use restricted features. A parent or legal guardian must act for a minor where permitted. The service is not directed to children under 13.
You may submit or access data only when you have a lawful basis and all required authorization. Government personnel must use the service within their official authority. If law prevents a government entity from accepting a provision, that provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.
4. Reports, Evidence, and Other Submissions
You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, relevance, and integrity of anything you submit. You represent that you own the submission or have permission and legal authority to provide it, and that submitting it does not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, court-order, contractual, export-control, or other legal obligations.
Submit only data reasonably necessary for the stated cybersecurity or forensic purpose. Do not upload unnecessary personal data, privileged material, passwords, private cryptographic keys, unlawful content, or contraband. Do not upload child sexual abuse material. If such material is suspected, preserve only lawful indicators and contact the appropriate law-enforcement agency or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Follow the External Reporting & Referral Policy.
You retain ownership of your submission. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, host, encrypt, store, copy, analyze, format, and disclose it only as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, investigate the reported matter, collaborate with authorized recipients, comply with law, and enforce these terms. This license ends when the data is deleted, except for retained backups, legal holds, audit records, or disclosures already made lawfully.
We may reject, quarantine, restrict, preserve, or remove a submission when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, storage limits, or service integrity. No submission creates an attorney-client relationship, evidentiary privilege, confidential-informant status, or promise of confidentiality beyond our stated practices and applicable written agreements.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- access an account, system, dataset, case, API, or network without authorization;
- probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls except under a separate written authorization from us;
- upload malware or exploit code except as necessary for an authorized investigation and clearly identified as such;
- submit false, fabricated, misleading, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or retaliatory reports;
- use the service for surveillance, stalking, doxxing, unlawful profiling, commercial spam, credential theft, or any illegal activity;
- share credentials, API keys, session tokens, restricted downloads, or non-public investigative data with an unauthorized person;
- remove legal notices, impersonate another person, or misrepresent affiliation or authority; or
- use automated means in a manner that exceeds published limits or materially interferes with the service.
6. Accounts, API Keys, and Credentials
Provide accurate, current account and API-request information. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and must protect passwords, API keys, session tokens, recovery material, and authorized devices. Notify us promptly at administration@odfsec.org if credentials may be lost, exposed, or misused.
We may approve, deny, limit, rotate, revoke, or require replacement of credentials based on eligibility, security, inactivity, suspected misuse, legal obligations, or operational needs. Access permissions do not transfer ownership of data or authorize use beyond the granted role and purpose.
7. Privacy and Security
Our Privacy Policy explains the personal data we process, why we process it, how long we retain it, when we disclose it, and how to exercise privacy rights. You are responsible for giving any notices and obtaining any consents required before providing another person's data.
We use safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the service, but no method of transmission, storage, or security control can guarantee absolute protection. You must use an approved secure delivery method and promptly report suspected security incidents.
8. Intellectual Property
The service, software, interfaces, designs, branding, documentation, and other materials are owned by Onetrak or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Your use is limited to the rights expressly granted by these terms, the applicable software license, and any written agreement. Onetrak, ODFSEC, ZNRC4, and AIRPORT names, marks, and logos may not be used without prior written permission.
If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Third-Party Services, Availability, and Changes
The service may link to or interoperate with third-party sites, networks, databases, content-delivery providers, and investigative tools. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature and may impose reasonable technical, storage, or usage limits. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a security threat, legal requirement, material breach, or risk to another person or the service.
We may revise these terms. The updated version will show a new effective date and will apply prospectively when posted, except when law requires another form of notice or consent. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
10. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or secure operation. We do not warrant the validity, admissibility, completeness, attribution, or outcome of any report, evidence, intelligence, or analysis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onetrak and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation, or business opportunity, arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold Onetrak and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful submission, misuse of the service, or material breach of these terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or where applicable law prohibits it.
11. Governing Law and General Terms
Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to venue there.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, asset transfer, or by operation of law. These terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable software licenses, and any controlling written agreement are the entire agreement concerning the service.
